All Gearfire eCommerce users are assigned a dedicated Account Manager. When possible, please contact your assigned Account Manager by specific email address and/or phone number for the fastest service possible. For all other inquiries:

Once your account is established, you can log in 24 / 7 / 365 for video tutorial and print resources. In order to maintain security and informational integrity, all new user accounts will be approved by the Gearfire Team.
