Account Manager

Gearfire is a Scottsdale, Arizona (AirPark) tech company that sells online solutions to businesses in the hunting / fishing / camping / outdoor industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for sales professionals who want to grow with us!


  • Base pay is $15/hour plus bi-weekly commission & potential monthly bonus
  • Our salespeople make on average $500 to $1500 a month in commissions

What we’re looking for:

  • Goal oriented individuals with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be proactive
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and self-motivation
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Windows/MS Office Proficient
  • Fun and high-energy personality

What you’ll do as a Sales Team Member:

  • Outbound and inbound B2B sales calls
  • Effectively demonstrate our web-based products and services
  • Document daily activities in our CRM
  • Coordinate with Account Management team for upselling and retention
  • Enjoy snacks / food trucks / team building activities!

Education: High School Diploma (minimum)

We offer 3 weeks of PTO, holidays and health insurance. We require a background check before employment.

Account Manager


Gearfire is a tech company that provides eCommerce websites with live streaming inventory to the outdoor sporting industry, nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our customer service. We are looking for dependable, positive thinking team players with call center or office experience.

The position will:

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Train customers on our products and services
  • Demonstrate techniques to boost sales volume and drive web traffic
  • Troubleshoot problems and answer client questions with professionalism
  • Manage daily activities to maintain a high productivity level
  • Document daily activities in CRM
  • Maintain ongoing communication with management and sales staff
