The Smart Order program, developed by Sports South, takes the guesswork out of inventory management by monitoring real-time stock levels, analyzing historical sales data, and generating customized orders tailored to each retailer’s needs. This ensures optimal inventory levels, reduces stockouts, and avoids overstocking—all while saving time and minimizing manual effort. With Smart Order, dealers can focus on serving customers and growing their business, confident that their inventory is always aligned with demand.

Enhanced Integration Highlights

  • Automated Inventory Replenishment: The integration with AXIS™ enables retailers to seamlessly send inventory and sales data directly to the Smart Order program. This data is analyzed to create personalized order recommendations based on inventory trends and forecasts. Retailers can easily review, adjust, and approve these optimized orders with just a few clicks on the Sports South Warehouse portal, ensuring shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Purchase Order and Item Syncing: The enhanced integration allows AXIS™ to import all purchase orders (POs) housed in the Sports South Warehouse portal. This includes POs generated by the Smart Order program, as well as those initiated over the phone with Sales Representatives or manually created through the Sports South website. Additionally, if an imported PO contains products not yet defined in AXIS™, the system automatically creates new item entries, ensuring inventory accuracy and simplifying the receiving process.
